When is the last day to register?

The last to register for any race is the day of the expo which is the day before the race.

What if I can’t make it to packet pickup?

If you can’t make packet pickup and do not know someone who can pick up your packet for you, you may come to our information tent located in the finish line area at least one hour before the race. We highly encourage making it to the expo where we offer awesome Runtastic swag and items from our sponsors. Day of packet pickup is ONLY last case scenario.

Can I do the ½ mile run if I am over 12?

You can run with your child however only children under 12 will receive a shirt and medal for the kids race.

Are pets allowed?

No. Pets are never allowed.

When is the cut off time?

Our finish line starts getting taken down around 3 and a ½ hours after the beginning of the half marathon.

Do I need to ride the bus to the starting line?

All participants that are not assisted athletes must use the bus shuttle to be transported to the start of the race. If you are pushing an assisted athlete email [email protected] for permits.

Are there discounts for races?

We offer 20% off for every hour volunteered at any of our Runtastic events.

Can I volunteer at the same race I want to use my race credit for?

No, all volunteer credit must be earned at a previous event but is good for up to 2 years.

CanI defer more than once?

Yes, but if you have previously deferred the race you will need to email [email protected] to do the deferral manually.

Refunds

Due to extensive logistical planning and commitments made in the race production process we have a strict no refund policy. We do however have options to change categories, transfer to another Runtastic Race or defer your entry to next years race. The Transfer Fee is $8*.

TO TRANSFER OR DEFER 3 DAYS BEFORE THE RACE, THE FEE IS: $25*

NO TRANSFERS AFTER THE RACE

*When transferring or deferring make sure you get a successful transfer page and a confirmation email-otherwise it is not transferred/deferred.

Bib numbers are NON-TRANSFERABLE. The unauthorized selling and/or giving away of a bib-number is not allowed and will result in disqualification of both the original bib owner and the runner using the bib number. Both runners will be prohibited from participation in a Runtastic Events race for a minimum of one year.
Please use the transfer/deferral process provided if you need to sell/transfer your race bib.

With permission in advance, we do allow our assisted athletes who use custom racing chairs on the Half course. Please email [email protected] if you are an assisted runner.

Marathon course is supported for 6 hours.

Discounts

To use a discount code you must sign up each race and person individually otherwise the multiple race and multiple person discounts overrides any discount code**. $3 Facebook discount is only one discount per transaction. We have a strict no refund policy so please check your discounts before your check out.  **Discounts can’t be combined except for the Facebook discount.
